Analysis and management measures of safety risks in construction sites
The probability of safety risks occurring on construction sites is relatively high,which seriously af-fects the overall safety and reliability of construction projects.Based on the analysis of safety risk factors at con-struction sites,this study delves into the common problems in construction site management from the perspec-tive of construction companies.The identified influencing factors mainly include the safety awareness of con-struction personnel,the operating condition of equipment,special operations under abnormal weather condi-tions,and management systems.Based on this,a series of countermeasures are proposed,such as developing safety construction plans,establishing safety management systems,clarifying safety production responsibilities,and adopting reasonable technical means to ensure the smooth progress of construction safety.
