Properties of graphite-iron tailings composite backfill material based on orthogonal test
The effects of the mass ratio of lime to sand, the mass fraction of graphite and the mass fraction of i-ron tailings on the properties of graphite-iron tailing composite backfill material were studied by orthogonal ex-periments with three factors and three levels.Based on SPSS multivariate linear regression analysis, the influen-cing factors of fluidity, thermal conductivity and 28-day compressive strength of backfill materials were studied, and the optimal ratio was determined. The results show that the partial substitution of iron tailing for natural river sand has no obvious effect on each index;the mass ratio of lime to sand is the main factor affecting the fluidity and 28-day compressive strength of backfill materials;the mass fraction of graphite is the main factor affecting the thermal conductivity of backfill material;when the mass ratio of lime to sand is 1∶2,the mass fraction of graphite is 6%,and the mass fraction of iron tailing is 40%,the comprehensive performance of the backfill material is the best.
