Study on rebound deformation law and mathematical model of silty clay
To study the unloading rebound characteristics of silty clay under different initial consolidation pres-sures,compression rebound tests were designed and conducted.The deformation characteristics of silty clay were analyzed using indicators such as average compression modulus,average rebound modulus,and rebound ratio.The test results show that the rebound process of silty clay exhibits nonlinear characteristics.The average rebound modulus increases with the increase of the initial consolidation pressure and decreases with the in-crease of the overlying pressure after unloading.To accurately describe this relationship,a power function with three parameters was used for fitting,and good results were obtained.The research results not only provide a theoretical basis for a deeper understanding of the unloading rebound behavior of silty clay but also provide a feasible method for the prediction and analysis of rebound in engineering practice.
