一种健康建筑风险评价指标体系研究

健康建筑风险评价对建筑环境的改善和人们健康保护有重要意义.构建涵盖设计、施工和运维三个阶段的健康建筑风险评价指标体系,采用AHP法和熵权法计算三个阶段的一级指标权重,分别为0.594 4、0.195 3和0.210 3,通过云模型处理评价过程中的不确定性和模糊性.在此基础上,对M健康建筑项目的风险进行了量化评估,得出设计阶段的风险为"中等风险",施工阶段和运维阶段的风险均为"较低风险".数据分析表明,设计阶段的空气质量(组合权重为0.141 8)、噪声污染(组合权重为0.062 4)、自然采光(组合权重为0.213 1)等风险因素在综合评价中贡献较大.施工阶段的风险主要集中在施工质量管理(组合权重为0.096 6),运维阶段的主要关注点为设备运行风险(组合权重为0.057 2)和维护管理风险(组合权重为0.037 5).研究对健康建筑的全生命周期风险管理提供了科学依据,有助于推动健康建筑的可持续发展和居住环境的优化.
Study on healthy building risk assessment index system
The research on the risk assessment index system of healthy building is of great significance to the improvement of building environment and the protection of people's health,and can play a role in scientific as-sessment and risk management.A healthy building risk assessment index system is constructed,which covers three stages of design,construction and operation and maintenance.Through AHP method and entropy weight method,the first-level index weights of the three stages are calculated to be 0.594 4,0.195 3 and 0.210 3 re-spectively.The uncertainty and ambiguity in the evaluation process are dealt with by the cloud model.On this basis,the risk of M Healthy Building Project was quantitatively assessed,and the risk in the design stage was at"medium risk",while the risk in the construction and operation and maintenance stages was at"low risk".Da-ta analysis shows that risk factors such as air quality(combined weight 0.141 8),noise pollution(combined weight 0.062 4),and natural lighting(combined weight 0.213 1)in the design stage contribute more to the comprehensive evaluation,while the risks in the construction stage are mainly concentrated in construction quality management(combined weight 0.096 6)and equipment operation risk in the operation stage(com-bined weight 0.057 2)and maintenance stage(combined weight 0.037 5).The research provides a scientific basis for the whole life cycle risk management of healthy buildings,and helps to promote the sustainable devel-opment of healthy buildings and the optimization of living environment.
