Mechanical properties and stress-strain constitutive relation of waste glass sand concrete
To effectively solve the problems of shortage of river sand and recycling of waste glass, waste glass products were ground into sand to replace river sand in concrete in preparation for waste glass sand concrete. The compressive strength test, elastic modulus test and uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve test of waste glass sand concrete were carried out,and the influence law of different waste glass sand substitution rate on the mechanical properties of concrete was analyzed. The stress-strain relationship of waste glass sand concrete was described by piecewise constitutive model, and the compressive behavior of waste glass sand concrete was simu-lated and analyzed by ABAQUS finite element software. The results show that with the increase of substitution rate, the mechanical properties of waste glass sand concrete are strengthened first and then weakened, and the performance of waste glass sand concrete with substitution rate of 15%is the best.Mixing waste glass sand has no obvious effect on the shape of stress-strain curve of concrete. The finite element model can clearly reflect the evolution law of internal damage of each specimen during compression.
