Test and analysis of compressive strength and thermal insulation performance of phase change concrete
To study the application of diatomite phase change concrete in building envelope,the encapsulation method of phase change energy storage aggregate and the compressive strength and thermal insulation perform-ance of phase change concrete were tested,and the mass loss rate of phase change energy storage aggregate un-der different encapsulation methods,the compressive strength and thermal storage capacity of phase change concrete under different amount of phase change energy storage aggregate were obtained.The results show that when using cement paste to encapsulate the phase change energy storage aggregate,the operation is easy and packaging effect is good.What's more,with this method,after 50 cycles of high and low temperature,the mass loss rate of phase change energy storage aggregate is only 1.97%.When the content of phase change energy storage aggregate is 20%,the comprehensive effect of compressive strength and thermal insulation performance is the best,with the compressive strength reaching 31.48 MPa and the temperature damping rate reaching 0.538 5.
