三工位GIS隔离开关拒动故障分析与改进

Analysis and Improvement of Refusal-to-Move Fault in Three-Position GIS Disconnector

结合操作机构运动原理、二次回路设计及现场运维经验,对三工位气体绝缘隔离开关设备隔离开关拒动故障进行分析和排查,提出用接触器节点代替原有行程开关以实现闭锁功能,更换转速较慢电机便于刹车的改进方案.通过电机电流曲线对比及循环操作,验证了该方案的有效性,消除了该类设备的拒动隐患.
Based on the operating principle of the operating mechanism,secondary circuit design,and the experience of field operation and maintenance,the failure of the three-station GIS isolation switch is analyzed and investigated,and an improved scheme is proposed to replace the original travel switch with contactor node to realize the locking function and replace the slow motor to facilitate the braking.Through the comparison of motor current curve and cycle operation,the effectiveness of the scheme is verified,and the hidden danger of the device′s rejection is eliminated.
