Research progress of long-chain noncoding RNA involved in gout immune inflammation metabolism and bone erosion
Gout is a crystal-associated arthropathy caused by the deposition of monosodium urate(MSU)in the joints.By summarizing the literature on the role of dysregulation of long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)expression in the occurrence and development of gout,LncRNA can be used as a potential diagnostic marker for gout.LncRNA was also involved in the pathological process of gout, including immune inflammation, bone erosion and other processes.In-depth analysis in this paper shows the relationship between LncRNA and gout, immune inflammation, metabolism, and osteoclast invasion.
