痛风(Gout)是一种单钠尿酸盐(MSU)沉积在关节所致的晶体相关性关节病.本文通过归纳国内外长非编码RNA(LncRNA)表达的失调在痛风的发生和发展作用的相关文献,综述了 LncRNA 可以作为痛风的潜在诊断标志物,分析了 LncRNA还参与痛风发病的病理过程,包括免疫炎症、骨侵蚀等过程.分析结果表明 LncRNA 与痛风免疫炎症代谢、破骨细胞侵袭等关系.
Research progress of long-chain noncoding RNA involved in gout immune inflammation metabolism and bone erosion
Gout is a crystal-associated arthropathy caused by the deposition of monosodium urate(MSU)in the joints.By summarizing the literature on the role of dysregulation of long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)expression in the occurrence and development of gout,LncRNA can be used as a potential diagnostic marker for gout.LncRNA was also involved in the pathological process of gout,including immune inflammation,bone erosion and other processes.In-depth analysis in this paper shows the relationship between LncRNA and gout,immune inflammation,metabolism,and osteoclast invasion.
