The treatment of acute anterior circulation ischemic stroke combined with lung infection by collapsing impregnation with traditional Chinese medicine
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of herbal collapsing therapy in treating lung infection in patients with acute anterior circulation ischemic stroke.Methods:Ninety-three stroke patients admitted to the hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected for prospective study,excluded from prehospital pulmonary infection,and divided into the control group and the study group according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with conventional clinical treatments,while the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine collapsing therapy on the basis of the control group,and the two groups were compared with each other after treatment in terms of pulmonary infection scorecard,incidence of adverse reactions,and neurological deficits scorecard.Results:After treatment,the patients in the study group scored lower than the patients in the control group on the pulmonary infection rating scale,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);and the neurological function deficit rating scale in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine collapsing treatment can effectively relieve patients'acute ischemic stroke combined with lung infection and corresponding clinical symptoms,promote patients'recovery and improve patients'quality of life,and is worth exploring and applying in the clinic.
