Collecting duct carcinoma of the kidney:a case report and literature review
Objective:To discuss the imaging features,differential diagnosis,treatment and prognosis ofcollecting duct carcinoma of the kidney(CDC).Methods:Retrospective analysis of a case of CDC and literature review was admitted to Huaihe Hospital of Henan University.Results:A 62-year-old man was admitted to the hospital with hematuria for more than half a year and aggravated for 20 days,and was given"laparoscopic left nephrectomy + full-length left ureterectomy + cystectomy",followed by"gemcitabine + cisplatin"chemotherapy,and now the patient's vital signs are stable.Conclusion:CDC is very rare,early diagnosis and early surgery is still the most effective way to prolong the life of patients.
