Application of nonviolent communication in kidney transplantation department nurse-patient communication
Objective:To investigate the effect of nonviolent communication in the communication between nurses and patients in kidney transplantation.Methods:Nurses learn nonviolent communication by developing a special lesson plan for nonviolent communication training.Derelop spedal lesson plans for non-vident commu-nication traning to teach theore ticla course,and set daily context for simulation exercises.The Nurses'Clinical Communication Ability Scale and Nurse communication Ability Assessment Scale were used to analyze the communication skills of nursing staff before and after training,and to evaluate the application effect of nonviolent communication in the communication between nurses and patients in renal transplantation.Results:After learning nonviolent communication,the nurse's theoretical score was(87.50±7.10)points.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of communication ability,emotional perception ability,emotional support ability,and basic non-verbal communication ability before and after training(P<0.05),and the differences in information exchange and feedback scores and communication values before and after training were statistically significant(P<0.05).92.31%of the nurses were satisfied with the communication mode,and 97.5%of the patients were satisfied with the nurses'service attitude and problem solving.Conclusion:Nonviolent communication instructs both parties to clearly observe feelings and wishes,express their own feelings,respect and listen to others,and promote the harmony of the medical and nursing relationship.
