Effect analysis of sensitive indexes in infusion quality and safety management of inpatients
Objective:To explore the application effect of sensitive indexes in transfusion quality and safety management of inpatients. Methods:Sensitive index,"the standard rate of transfusion safety sampling"was set in the department, and data collection and analysis were carried out from January to December 2021.PDCA cycle method was used to compare the sensitive index before and after the management of the standard rate of transfusion safety sampling, nurses'venous treatment verification, device fixation, tube flushing, and records of observation and disposal. Finally, the differences in phlebitis, drug exosmosis, medical adhesive skin injury, catheter blockage, and catheter slip were compared. Results:After the management of sensitive indicators, the standard rate of transfusion safety sampling in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the non-standard rate of nurses'venous treatment verification, device fixation, tube flushing, observation and disposal records was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cases of phlebitis, drug extravasation, medical adhesive skin injury, catheter blockage, and catheter slippage in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion:The sensitive index"the standard rate of transfusion safety sampling"aims to discover the hidden dangers and deficiencies in the safety of intravenous therapy, analyze the causes and rectify them, which can effectively ensure the safety of intravenous therapy and improve the quality of nursing.
