摘要
口腔正畸学与生物力学息息相关,而阻抗中心是正畸牙精确移动的基础.正畸牙移动的最佳方式是整体移动,为达此效果,牙齿施力点必须穿过牙齿的阻抗中心,因此,研究牙齿的阻抗中心尤为重要,也是临床中的难点.本文以阻抗中心为核心,对影响阻抗中心位置变化的因素、阻抗中心在正畸治疗中的应用等作一综述.
Abstract
Orthodontics is closely related to biomechanics,the center of resistance is the basis of accurate movement of orthodontic teeth.The best way to move orthodontic teeth is to move as a whole,in order to achieve this effect,the tooth force point must pass through the tooth impedance center,so the study of the center of resistance is particularly important,but also the clinical difficulty.In this paper,the factors affecting the change of the position of the center of resistance and the application of the center of resistance in orthodontic treatment are reviewed.
