Research progress on the influence of preoperative CD4+/CD8+T-cell ratio on prognosis in gastric cancer
Objective:To summarize the effect of preoperative CD4+/CD8+T-cell ratio on patient survival and related treatment strategies,and to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.Methods:Review the relevant literature at home and abroad.Results:The preoperative CD4+/CD8+T-cell ratio was significantly correlated with the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.This association may reflect the strength of the immune function and the resistance to tumor development.As technology advances,immunotherapy strategies will become more precise and effective.Conclusion:The preoperative CD4+/CD8+T-cell ratio may be an important prognostic indicator,and immunotherapy strategies based on the preoperative CD4+/CD8+T-cell ratio may provide more options for patients with gastric cancer.
