Simultaneous quantitative determination of 7 components in Forsythiae Fructus and Forsythia suspense leaves by QAMS method
Objective:To establish the quantitative analysis of multi-components with a single-marker(QAMS)for simultaneously determination of seven components(Chlorogenic acid,rutin,forsythoside B,forsythoside A,pinoresinol-β-D-glucoside,phillyrin,phillygenin)in Forsythiae Fructus and Forsythia suspense leaves.Methods:The relative correction factors(RCF)of phillyrin and the other six components were established by HPLC with phillyrin as the internal reference,and the content was calculated to realize QAMS;At the same time,the contents of the seven components were determined by external standard method,and the differences between the two methods were compared to verify the accuracy and feasibility of QAMS.Results:Under different experimental conditions,the reproducibility of the relative correction factor is well,there was no significant difference between the measured values of QAMS method and ESM for the contents of the seven components in 13 batches of samples.Conclusion:QAMS is accurate and feasible to evaluate the quality of Forsythia suspensa and Forsythia suspensa leaves.
