424例真菌球性鼻窦炎致病因素及临床特征分析

摘要
目的:探讨某院2011～2019年收治的真菌球性鼻窦炎患者在性别、年龄的分布,与居住环境及鼻中隔偏曲的关系,以及不同的临床特征表现.方法:回顾性分析424例真菌球性鼻窦炎患者的临床资料,对不同的临床特征及可能的影响因素进行分析.结果:424例患者均诊断为真菌球性鼻窦炎,单纯上颌窦发病最为常见;真菌球性鼻窦炎多见于40～59岁人群;城镇人口发病率明显高于农村居住人口;真菌球性鼻窦炎患者常伴有鼻中隔偏曲(75.24％).结论:年龄、性别和居住环境可能与真菌球性鼻窦炎的发病相关;鼻中隔偏曲引起的鼻腔气流动力学的改变,可能在真菌球性鼻窦炎的发病过程中起作用.
Abstract
Objective:The aims of this study are to investigate the relationship between age,gender,living environment,nasal septum deviation and the occurrences of fungal ball sinusitis(FBS),as well as the clinical characteristics of this disease.Methods:Patients were enrolled in a general hospital in the central China from 2011 to 2019.The clinical characteristics and potential factors involved in the development of FBS were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All of the 424 patients were diagnosed with fungal ball sinusitis and the most impacted localizations were maxillary sinuses.Fungal ball sinusitis is more common in people aged 40-59 years.The number of patientslivingin the urban area is significantly more than that of rural residents.Patients with fungal ball sinusitis are often accompanied by a deviation of the nasal septum(75.24％).Conclusion:Age,gender and residential environment may be associated with the pathogenesis of fungal ball sinusitis.Changes in nasal airflow dynamics caused by a deviated nasal septum may play a role in the development of fungal ball sinusitis.
