加速康复外科护理在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)护理对腹腔镜Dixon术患者术后恢复的效果.方法:依据入院时间将择期手术的直肠癌患者分为两组,2020年1月至2021年6月入住的122例患者为对照组,2021年7月至2022年12月入住的122例患者为观察组.对照组围手术期按常规护理,观察组实施加速康复外科护理,对比两组患者在术后恢复各项指标的差异情况.结果:观察组患者术后下床活动时间、首次排气及排便时间,均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者住院天数、住院费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者舒适度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组术后并发症情况与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:加速康复外科护理模式在未增加患者术后并发症的基础上,不仅缩短术后排气、排便时间及下床活动时间,还减少了患者住院日及住院花费,增加了患者的舒适度,有利于加快直肠癌患者术后恢复.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in laparoscopic Dixon operation for rectal cancer patients.Methods:Patients with rectal cancer undergoing elective surgery were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.122 patients admitted from January 2020 to June 2021 were included in the control group,and 122 patients admitted from July 2021 to December 2022 were included in the intervention group.The control group received routine nursing during perioperative period,and the intervention group received accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing.The differences of postoperative recovery indexes between the two groups were compared.Results:The first postoperative exhaust time,defecation time and out-of-bed activity time of the observation group were all earlier than that of the control group(P＜0.05),which had statistical significance.The length of hospitalization and hospitalization expenses of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),which had statistical significance.The comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),which had statistical significance.There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Application accelerated rehabilitation in patients with laparoscopic surgical Dixon line of surgery nursing,not only can shorten the patient's postoperative anal exhaust time defecate and bed activity time,reduce the patients with such confinement and the hospitalization costs,increase patient comfort,not increase the incidence of postoperative complications,and the application of this scheme is safe and effective,is beneficial to patients with rectal postoperative recovery.
