摘要
pH敏感脂质体作为药物或核酸的载体可以在肿瘤部位选择性释放药物,减少抗肿瘤药物或核酸在血液循环过程中的释放,降低对正常组织的毒副作用,提高药物/核酸的生物利用度.本文对近五年来用于治疗肿瘤的pH敏感脂质体的研究进行了综述,介绍了 pH敏感脂质体的制备方法、响应机制和应用,为pH敏感脂质体在抗肿瘤药物载体设计方面的研究提供参考.
Abstract
As one of drug or gene carriers,pH-sensitive liposome can selectively release drugs at tumor tissues,reduce the drug leakage during the blood circulation,reduce side effects of drugs,leading to enhanced drug bioavailability.The references on pH-sensitive liposomes in five years are summarized to use for cancer therapy,and introduce the preparation methods,response mechanism and application of pH-sensitive liposomes,and provide references for the research of pH-sensitive liposomes in the design of anti-tumor drug carriers.
