摘要

医生是一个需要终生学习的职业,循证临床实践能力是医生岗位胜任力和学习能力的综合体现.针对我校在校研究生对循证实践认知现状进行调研,并根据调研结果,探讨如何合理设计临床医学硕士专业学位研究生的循证医学教学内容和培养方案,为加强专业学位研究生循证临床实践能力的培养提供借鉴.

Abstract

Doctors need lifelong learning.Evidence-based medicine practice is the comprehensive embodiment of doctors'post competence and learning ability.A survey of cognition of evidence-based medicine practice among the professional degree postgraduates in our university was conducted.This paper discusses how to reasonably design the EBM training mode of clinical professional postgraduates,so as to provide reference for strengthening the cultivation of EBM clinical practice ability.
