The application of labor analgesia can reduce the pain,fear and fatigue of parturient women during labor,accelerate the progress of labor,and reduce the rate of cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia.This article reviews the types,doses and methods of labor analgesia and anesthesia drugs at home and abroad,and finds the appropriate concentration compatibility and application skills of local anesthetics and anesthesia analgesia and sedation drugs,so as to provide a safe,fast and effective multimodal analgesia program for pregnant women during labor,and provide reference for the safety and comfort of labor.
