Objective:Ren's anastomosis was used to perform LVA surgery for limb lymphedema,and the advantages and disadvantages of this method and its clinical application value in super microsurgery LVA surgery were discussed.Methods:12 cases of lymphedema who underwent LVA operation in Enze Hospital of Taizhou from February to April 2023 were retrospectively collected.According to different anastomosis methods,the application rate of Ren's anastomosis/all anastomosis was greater than or equal to 50％,which was defined as the experimental group,otherwise as the control group.Resu1ts:The anastomosis time of Ren's anastomosis method was 7.2 min,and the conventional end-to-end or end-to-side anastomosis time was 13.7 min,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.00).The total operation time of the experimental group was 187.5 min,and that of the control group was 222.5 min,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).Conc1usion:Ren's anastomosis can significantly shorten the operation time of LVA when the indications are met,and it is a new method with application value in the field of super microsurgery.
