Study on the correlation between mycoplasma infection of reproductive tract and infertility and gynecological diseases
Objective:To analyze mycoplasma infection in outpatient female patients and its correlation with infertility and gynecological diseases.Methods:6943 outpatients and the association of mycoplasma infection in patients diagnosed with HPV infection,vaginitis and infertility and adverse pregnancy history.Results:A total of 6943 female urogenital tract samples were tested,2512 cases,The overall positive rate was 36.1%,The positive rate of women aged 20 years was as high as 56.0%;Among them,the highest positive rate of ureaplasma type 3:12.5%,The positive rate of ureaplasma species was 8.4%,The positive rates of M.hominis and M.genitalium were 7.9%and 0.4%,respectively;The positive rates of infertility group,HPV infection group and vaginitis group were:44.8%,44.7%and 42.9%,respectively,The x2 values were 15.871,12.500,and 25.337,respectively,P<0.001,Significant different compared to the normal group.Conclusion:The distribution of mycoplasma infection in different ages,and is associated with infertility,HPV infection and vaginitis,clinical should strengthen mycoplasma screening,early diagnosis and early treatment.
