Potential profile analysis and influencing factors of occupational burnout among clinical nurses
Objective:According to the current situation of nurse burnout,there are different types of influencing factors to explore the potential profile of occupational in nurse.Methods:Using a general information questionnaire,the Maharishi Burnout Scale,the Big Five Personality Inventory,work-family conflict,from June to July 2023,a questionnaire survey was carried out among 352 clinical nurses in three tertiary first-class hospitals in Kaifeng City and Xinxiang City,Henan Province.In addition,the potential profile was analyzed by three explicit indicators of job burnout.By through single factor and order multiple classification Logistic fly back and analyze the influencing factors nurses burnout.Results:Nurse burnout was divided into 3 potential profiles.Among them,208 were ground burnout(58.3%),22 were moderate burnout(6.2%)and 122 were high burnout(35.5%).Regression analysis of the results:work title,work department,emotional stability,and stress conflict are factors of potential profile nurse burnout is stress conflicts(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nurse burnout could be divided into 3 types.To reduce or eliminate the burnout of nurses,we should adopt a series of steps to improve the physical condition of medical workers.
