本文通过检索动物模型、口腔癌、口腔癌动物模型、口腔癌研究等关键词,总结了口腔癌临床发病特点,并分析了用于口腔癌机制研究和临床治疗研究的动物模型的造模方法、模型的优点和缺点.分析表明,通过基因编辑技术可以创建出更贴近人类口腔癌发病机制的动物模型;免疫缺陷动物对于研究口腔癌的免疫治疗和肿瘤与宿主免疫系统的相互作用具有重要意义;化学诱导法可以很好地模拟人类口腔癌的发生过程;移植瘤口腔癌模型的造模周期短,可以在较短的时间内获得肿瘤生长的数据,有利于高通量药物筛选和药物评价.但是上述造模法均存在一定局限性,为了模拟人类口腔癌的复杂性,研究者开始尝试联合使用多种建模策略,联合建模策略能够创建出更加逼真、功能更加全面的口腔癌动物模型.
Research advancement in animal models of oral cancer
The key words of animal model,oral cancer,oral cancer animal model and oral cancer research were searched to summarize the clinical characteristics of oral cancer,and to analyze the establishment methods,advantages and disadvantages of animal models used in the mechanism research and clinical treatment research of oral cancer.Results demonstrated that animal models that were closer to the pathogenesis of human oral cancer can be created through gene editing technology.Immunodeficient animals were important for the study of immunotherapy for oral cancer and the interaction between tumors and the host immune system.The chemical induction model could well simulate the occurrence process of human oral cancer.The modeling period of xenograft model was short,and the data of tumor growth could be obtained in a short time,which is conducive to high-throughput screening and drug evaluation.However,all the above modeling methods have certain limitations.In order to simulate the complexity of human oral cancer,researchers have tried to use a variety of modeling strategies together.The combined modeling strategy can create more realistic and comprehensive animal models of oral cancer.
