目的:探究慢性牙周炎患者骨缺损治疗中选择骨粉联合富血小板纤维蛋白方案对创面愈合效果的影响.方法:研究自2023年1月至2023年12月,研究主体为慢性牙周炎,取样本数量为80例,随机分配(每组40例)至观察组与对照组.对照组接受骨粉治疗,观察组接受骨粉联合富血小板纤维蛋白治疗.对创面愈合情况、不良反应发生率、牙周指标、炎症状态、临床指标等进行统计分析.结果:观察组创面愈合情况高于对照组,P值＜0.05;观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比,差异无统计学意义,P＞0.05;观察组牙周探珍深度(probing depot,PD)、牙周附着丧失(attachment loss,AL)、牙龈出血指数(bleeding index,BI)、牙菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)低于对照组,P＜0.05;观察组骨高度、骨密度高于对照组,P＜0.05;观察组高迁移率族白3(high mobility group box1 protein,HMGB-1)、基质金属蛋白酶3(matrix,metalloproteinase-3 MMP-3)低于对照组,P＜0.05.结论:慢性牙周炎患者治疗中选择骨粉联合富血小板纤维蛋白方案可改善牙周指标及牙龈沟炎症因子水平,在提高治疗有效性、安全性方面具有借鉴价值.
Analysis of the effect of bone powder combined with platelet rich fibrin in the treatment of bone defects and wound healing in patients with chronic periodontitis
Objective:To investigate the effect of bone powder combined with platelet rich fibrin on wound healing in the treatment of bone defects in patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods:From January 2023 to December 2023,the study focused on chronic periodontitis,with a sample size of 80 cases.They were randomly assigned(40 cases in each group)to two observation and control groups.The control group received bone powder treatment,while the observation group received bone powder combined with platelet rich fibrin treatment.Perform statistical analysis on wound healing,incidence of adverse reactions,periodontal indicators,levels of inflammatory factors,clinical indicators,etc.Results:The wound healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,(P＜0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group,(P＞0.05).The PD,AL,BI,and PLI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,(P＜0.05).The IL-6 and TNF-a in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,(P＜0.05).The bone height and bone density in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of bone powder and platelet rich fibrin in the treatment of chronic periodontitis patients can improve periodontal indicators and gingival sulcus inflammatory factor levels,which has reference value in improving treatment effectiveness and safety.
