盾构穿越富水砂卵石地层河道施工参数研究

富水砂卵石地层具有大粒径卵石含量高、渗透性大、含水量高和地层稳定性较差等特点.结合洛阳地铁二号线博物馆站-九都西路站区间工程,分析穿越河道富水砂卵石地层的施工难点,提出控制要求.利用数值分析方法,分析注浆压力和土仓压力对盾构掘进过程中地表变形的影响.根据分析结果可知,注浆压力主要影响盾尾后方沉降,随着注浆压力的增大,盾尾后方沉降逐渐减小,对刀盘前方变形影响较小;土仓压力对刀盘前方地层变形影响较大,随着土仓压力的增大,刀盘前方地层逐渐从沉降变为隆起,同时土仓压力对盾尾沉降也有一定的影响.根据分析结果及控制要求,提出注浆压力和土仓压力的合理取值,并在此基础上提出了千斤顶总推力和掘进速度的建议,在工程实践应用中取得了良好的效果.
Study on Construction Parameters of Shield Crossing River Course in Water-Rich Sandy Cobble Stratum
Water-rich sandy cobble stratum has the characteristics of high content of large-size cobble,high permeability,high water content and poor formation stability.Combined with the project of Luoyang Metro Line 2 Museum Station-Jiudu West Road Station,the construction difficulties of water-rich sandy cobble stratum crossing the river are analyzed,and the control requirements are put forward.Using numerical analysis method,the influence of grouting pressure and soil bin pressure on surface deformation during shield tunneling is analyzed.According to the analysis results,the grouting pressure mainly affects the settlement behind the shield tail.With the increase of grouting pressure,the settlement behind the shield tail decreases gradually,and the influence on the deformation of the cutter head is small.The earth pressure has a great influence on the deformation of the stratum in front of the cutterhead.With the increase of the earth pressure,the stratum in front of the cutterhead gradually changes from settlement to uplift,and the earth pressure also has a certain influence on the settlement of the shield tail.According to the analysis results and control requirements,the reasonable values of grouting pressure and soil bin pressure are proposed,and on this basis,the total thrust of jacks and tunneling speed are proposed,which have achieved good results in engineering practice.
