Spatial-Temporal Pattern Evolution and Influencing Factors of Arable Land Use Efficiency in Henan Province
Henan Province is an important core area of grain production in China, the study of arable land utilization efficiency and its influencing factors is important to realize the rational allocation of arable land resources and high-quality development in Henan Province. In this paper,18 sub-provincial cities in Henan Province are studied, and the Super-SBM model is used to measure the arable land use efficiency from 2001 to 2020.Based on this result, using kernel density estimation and standard deviation ellipses, the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of arable land use efficiency is analyzed. Finally,Tobit regression analysis is used to explore the factors influencing the efficiency of arable land use.The results show that:(1)The overall efficiency of arable land use in Henan Province is at a high level, with a fluctuating growth trend during the study period.(2)Arable land use efficiency in Henan Province shows significant spatial variability, with the spatial distribution pattern of"high in the north and low in the middle",and its efficiency center of gravity is constantly shifting to the southeast.Differences in arable land use efficiency among municipalities show a decreasing trend.(3)The efficiency of arable land use in Henan Province is influenced by a combination of factors, and among them, natural resource endowments such as per capita arable land area and arable land replanting index have a significant positive effect on arable land use efficiency.Urbanization level and farmers'disposable income have no significant effect on arable land use efficiency.
