采用简单的原位聚合改性的方法将纳米水滑石引入到改性丙烯酸树脂基体中,制备了一种新型纳米复合皮革涂饰剂,利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术手段对产品进行了结构表征,选择对苯乙烯磺酸钠单体(SSS)既作为丙烯酸树脂基改性剂参与共聚,又起到乳化作用,并优化了对苯乙烯磺酸钠单体在丙烯酸树脂基体中的百分含量.将纳米水滑石引入改性丙烯酸树脂基制备了一系列性能稳定的纳米复合皮革涂饰乳液,该乳液成膜性好,应用于绵羊皮的涂饰并进行了涂饰效果的对比.实验结果表明所得纳米复合涂饰乳液性能稳定,应用于绵羊皮涂饰效果好,水滑石的引入提高了涂饰层的耐磨损、保温和阻燃性能等.
Preparation and Performance of Nano Hydrotalcite/Acrylic Resin Composite Leather Finishing Agents
A new nanocomposite leather finishing agent(H-LDH/PBMAS)was prepared by introducing nano hydrotalcite into the modified acrylic resin matrix(PBMAS)with a simple in-situ polymerization.The structure of the sample was characterized by FT-IR,XRD and SEM,etc.The sodium p-styrene sulfonate monomer was selected as both an acrylic resin based modifier for copolymerization and an emulsifier,and the percentage content of the sodium p-styrene sulfonate in the acrylic resin matrix was optimized.A series of stable nanocomposite leather finishing emulsion were prepared by introducing nano hydrotalcite into the modified acrylic resin matrix.Moreover,the emulsion with good film-forming property was applied to the coating of sheepskin and compared the finishing effects.The experimental results show that the synthesized nano composite finishing emulsion has a stable performance and good finishing effects on sheepskin.The introduction of hydrotalcite in copolymer matrix improves the wear resistance,heat preservation and flame retardant properties of the coatings.
