高校研究生立法人才培养机制初探
A Preliminary Study on the Training Mechanism of Postgraduate Legislative Talents in Universities

摘要
法学研究生是中国高等教育体系培养的高层次法治人才,应当满足新时代对高素质立法人才的需求.目前,高校在研究生立法人才培养上存在理论课程设计针对性不强、实践课程供给匮乏、专业藩篱高筑等问题,未能培养出足够的高素质研究生立法人才.高校应当围绕培养复合型立法人才目标,创新高校研究生立法人才培养机制,应当将习近平法治思想融入研究生立法人才培养过程,提供复合教学内容,采用多元教学方法,探索政学研协同的研究生立法实践课程体系.
Abstract
Postgraduate students in law are high-level legal talents cultivated by the Chinese higher education system and should meet the demand for high-quality legislative talents in the new era.At present,universities face a series of problems in the training of postgraduate legislative talents,such as weak targeting in theoretical course de-sign,insufficient supply of practical courses,and high barriers within disciplines,resulting in the failure to cultivate an adequate number of high-quality postgraduate legislative talents.Universities should focus on the goal of culti-vating interdisciplinary legislative talents,innovate the mechanism for training postgraduate legislative talents,inte-grate Xi Jinping's Thought on the rule of law into the process of training postgraduate legislative talents,provide composite teaching content,adopt diverse teaching methods,and explore a postgraduate legislative practice course system that strengthen the cooperation between governments,universities and research centers.
