The Professional Development Path of Aesthetic Education Teachers in Small-scale Rural Schools under the Background of Adjustment and Merger:An Investigation Based on Hunan Province
To respond to changes in the school-age population,improve the quality of rural elementary educa-tion,and promote high-quality and balanced development of urban-rural education,Hunan Province has decided to orderly adjust and merge small-scale rural schools,and focus on improving the level of teacher education.Through investigation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of aesthetic education teachers in small-scale rural schools in our province and the main factors that hinder their professional development.It also puts for-ward the professional development path of aesthetic education teachers in rural small-scale schools under the back-ground of adjustment and merger:to renew the concept of education to ensure the atmosphere and internal drive of professional development;to integrate the enrollment of teachers as a whole to ensure the time and energy for pro-fessional development;to increase financial investment to ensure the equipment and venue of professional develop-ment;to increase the intensity of continuing education to ensure the platform of professional development;to im-prove the incentive mechanism to ensure the hope of professional development.
