The Composition,Evolution and Their Enlightenment of Classic Texts of Revolutionary Culture in Primary and Secondary Chinese Textbooks
Taking the representative 5 sets of 111 primary and secondary school Chinese textbooks published by the People's Education Press since the founding of the people's Republic of China as the research object,this paper makes intensive reading and vertical comparison of 41 classic articles which appeared 3 times or more,and finds that the connotation of classic revolutionary cultural texts is obviously related to times,and the core connota-tion includes revolutionary struggle spirit and the leadership of the Communist Party of China.The classic texts in-volve 5 literary forms,and 28 authors identified are basically revolutionary witnesses or important people,who re-gard the revolutionary history as the creation basis.The changes of texts quantity have experienced 3 periods of batch selection,batch deletion in the early 21st century and recollection of the teaching material compiled by Minis-try of Education.It is suggested to closely follow the connotation of revolutionary culture,and realize the value of multi-directional education by learning language and characters;supplement the author,background and other rel-evant information and promote understanding of the authenticity of texts;appropriately add articles referring to con-notations such as people-centered standpoint,the ideological line of seeking truth from facts,the spirit of hard struggle and so on,and respond practical needs accurately.
