个体成人就是由一个自然人转化为一个文化人、社会人,需要经历一个漫长的教育过程.人的教育是一种成全个人天性、实现个人价值、揭示人之为人本质的教育,具有深刻的教育公理意蕴.个体身上存在着天赋的自然力,通过教育活动,能动地开启个人智慧,运用反身方式进行自我观照,并按照美的规律构建自己,在环境的中介作用下逐渐发展成人.个体成人的目标就是把自己培养成为一个更美好、更高尚、更智慧的自己,不仅追求个体生命的卓越,而且能够真正达成个性解放.个体成人有其自我成长和自我超越的实践路径,实现肉身成人、社会成人、精神成人,最终指向个体的自由与全面发展.
The Logic,Goals,and Paths of Individual's Growth into a Person from the Perspective of Educational Axioms
An individual's growth into a person involves a transformation from a natural being to a cultural and social being,a process that requires extensive education.Human education not only fulfills human nature and reveals the essence of being human,but also plays a significant role in shaping individual values.Each individual possesses inherent natural abilities,which can be enhanced through educational activities.By utilizing reflective methods and adhering to aesthetic axiom,individuals can unlock their personal wisdom and construct their identi-ties.Influenced by their environment,individuals gradually mature into fully-formed persons.The ultimate goal of an individual's growth into a person is to cultivate themselves and become a better,nobler,and wiser version of themselves.This journey involves striving for excellence in personal life and achieving true liberation of personal-ity.As individuals navigate through a practical path that encompasses both self growth and self transcendence,they progress towards physical,social,and spiritual growth.This journey ultimately leads to the freedom and holistic de-velopment of the individual.
