Exploring the Model for Electronic Information Master Craftsmen Training
In order to serve the blueprint of"Three Highs and Four News",Hunan Province is making efforts in"New Three Types",and rapidly developing industries with electronic information technology as the key engine.The development and transformation of industries pose higher requirements for universities to cultivate new elec-tronic information engineering talents.The current talent cultivation model is no longer able to meet the needs of the industry,mainly manifested in the following aspects:firstly,the talent cultivation mechanism focuses on impart-ing basic knowledge,neglecting the cultivation of practical and innovative abilities;secondly,in terms of profes-sional settings,each professional group is relatively isolated,and the sharing and complementary relationships be-tween majors have not been fully considered;thirdly,the cooperation between schools,local government and enter-prises is lack of sound cooperation mechanisms and guarantee measures which results in formalization and superfi-ciality of the cooperation;fourthly,the knowledge structure of the teaching staff is unreasonable,lacking practical experience in real enterprise projects,and there is a serious shortage of dual qualified teachers.Based on the above issues,it is urgent to construct a new talent training model that deeply integrates"school-local government-enterprise"on the basis of in-depth analysis of the impact of the new situation on the development of the electronic information industry and the current status of talent training.A training system that includes"two developments,three collaborations,and four coordination"should be designed to better serve the needs of the industry.
