The Challenges and Countermeasures of Developing New Quality Productivity According to Local Conditions in Hunan Province from the Perspective of Spatial Productivity
Developing new quality productive forces is an inherent requirement for high-quality development and an important focus of effort.Xi Jinping,General secretary of CPC,has endowed Hunan province with the stra-tegic position of"a belt and a hub in the east and southwest of China"and the brighter future of"Three Highlands and Four new"highlighting the important hub role of the region in terms of space and industrial layout.By combin-ing the development requirements of new quality productive forces with Marxist spatial theory,analyzes the intrin-sic logic of developing new quality productive forces in Hunan province based on its spatial differentiated character-istics,and explores the main challenges of developing new quality productive forces in accordance with the spatial differentiated theory and the actual requirements of new quality productive forces in the province.Based on the spa-tial differentiated theory and the actual requirements of new quality productive forces,the paper puts forward the following suggestions for Hunan province:First,focusing on optimizing the spatial allocation of innovative ele-ments by leveraging technology to empower industries;second,strengthening the multi-dimensional spatial integra-tion of industries,technology,and society with the goal of regional coordinated development;third,building a mar-ket mechanism that activates the free flow of innovative elements by means of a new type of production relation-ship.
