挑战与重构:新时代小学英语教师专业身份研究

新时代义务教育英语课程改革不仅改变了小学英语教师的生存状态和意义感受,也要求其专业身份进行相应的重构.当前小学英语教师专业身份在制度执行、职业操守、学科知识和信息技术等方面面临诸多挑战,比如彷徨观望动力不足、职业倦怠责任感弱化等.新时代小学英语教师要勇挑改革重担,注重教学实效,做教育改革的推动者;要加强职业操守,弘扬师德师风,做社会道德的示范者;要筑牢专业根基,完善知识结构,做终身学习的践行者;要提升信息素养,赋能英语教改,做智慧教育的实践者.在基础教育改革浪潮中,小学英语教师应该根据国家发展需求来调整和规划自身的专业发展,既要有顺势而为、借势而上的格局和担当,也要有聚势而强的信心和勇气.
Challenge and Reconstruction:A Study on the Professional Identity of Primary School English Teachers in the New Era
The reform of compulsory English education in the new era not only changes the living status and sense of meaning of primary school English teachers,but also requires corresponding reconstruction of their profes-sional identity.The current professional identity of primary school English teachers faces many challenges in terms of system implementation,professional ethics,subject knowledge,and information technology,such as hesitation and insufficient motivation to implement teaching reform and weakened responsibility for occupational burnout.In the new era,primary school English teachers should bravely undertake the responsibility of teaching reform,focus on teaching effectiveness,and become promoters of educational reform.Secondly,they need to improve profes-sional spirits and ethics,striving to be role models of social morality.Thirdly,they need to establish a solid profes-sional foundation,improve knowledge structure,and become lifelong learners.Fourthly,they should enhance infor-mation literacy,empower primary English teaching reform,and become practitioners of smart education in the re-form of English teaching.In the wave of elementary education reform,primary school English teachers should ad-just and plan their professional development according to the needs of national development.They should have the pattern and responsibility of following the trend and taking advantage of it,as well as the confidence and courage to gather strength to improve themselves.
