摘要
随着全球化背景下的跨文化交流、跨领域合作日益频繁,应急语言服务的需求日益旺盛.但是,应急语言服务人才的培养还存在培养目标不明确、课程体系不完善、实践训练不足、师资力量薄弱等问题.为了解决这些问题,可以采取明确人才培养目标、完善课程体系、加强实践训练、提高师资水平等策略.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of globalization,cross-cultural communication and interdisciplinary collaboration are becoming increasingly frequent,leading to a growing demand for emergency language services.However,the cultivation of talent in emergency language services still faces challenges such as unclear training objectives,incomplete curriculum structures,inadequate practical training,and a shortage of qualified instructors.In order to address these issues,should take some strategies such as clarifying training objectives,enhancing curriculum structures,strengthening practical training,and improving the quality of teaching staff.
