摘要
公寓是高职院校学生学习和生活的重要场所.从 6S管理的基本内涵出发,针对学生公寓 6S管理中面临的问题,高职院校可以从明确 6S管理基本理念、开展 6S管理相关活动、打造 6S管理人员队伍等方面入手,采取有效措施,促进学生良好行为习惯的养成,促进学校良好公寓文化的形成.
Abstract
Apartments are important places for higher vocational college students to study and live.Starting from the basic connotation of 6S management,in response to the problems faced in 6S management of student apartments,higher vocational colleges can start by clarifying the basic concept of 6S management,carrying out 6S management related activities,and building a team of 6S management personnel,taking effective measures to promote the cultivation of good behavior habits among students and the formation of a good apartment culture in schools.
