大数据驱动下旅游产业精准化供给现状及策略

摘要
在旅游业大众化、散客化、网络化的背景下,旅游产业相关的大数据在满足个性化服务、提升管理效率、提高产业效益等方面都有着重要的意义.运用模糊层次分析法分析影响旅游产业精准化供给的主要因素,把握其发展现状,进而为其提出三条发展策略:构筑基于大数据的基础设施系统,构筑基于大数据的公共服务系统,构筑基于大数据的公共资源融合应用系统.
Abstract
Under the background of the popularization,individualization and networking of tourism,big data related to tourism industry is of great significance in satisfying personalized service,improving management efficiency and improving industrial efficiency.Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the precise supply of tourism industry,grasps the present situation of its development,and puts forward three development strategies for it:construct the infrastructure system based on big data,construct the public service system based on big data,and construct the application system of public resource integration based on big data.
