Preparation and property test of cotton stalk phloem pulp
High temperature cooking and dissolution of organic acid and ethanol were used to optimize the pulping process. The polymerization degree, relative molecular weight,Ia cellulose content, molecular structure and thermal properties of bast and pulping pulp were characterized by NMR,IR and thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that the optimum process of cotton stalk pulping was 100 ℃,120 min,10%hydrogen peroxide concentration,60%ethanol concentration. The properties test showed that after the pulping process, the lignin and hemicellulose in the cotton stalk were partially esterified and acylated, which destroyed the structure of the Iβ cellulose and microfiber, decreased the thermal properties, and increased the content of Iα cellulose.
