桑叶茶与小叶紫檀对汉麻纤维套染性能的研究

为扩展天然染料染色的色谱范围,采用桑叶茶和小叶紫檀对汉麻纤维进行套染,分析了桑叶茶染液的质量分数、媒染剂的质量分数、小叶紫檀染液的质量分数对套染汉麻纤维K/S值的影响,以及套染后汉麻纤维的耐摩擦色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度.结果表明,桑叶茶与小叶紫檀套染的汉麻纤维可以获得颜色较深的紫红色.综合分析正交试验和单因素试验结果,得到桑叶茶与小叶紫檀对汉麻纤维套染的优化工艺条件如下:桑叶茶染液质量分数60%,媒染剂质量分数10%,小叶紫檀染液质量分数100%.在该条件下所套染汉麻纤维的耐摩擦色牢度和耐汗渍色牢度符合国家服用性能标准,耐皂洗色牢度有待提高.
Study on the overdyeing properties of mulberry leaf tea and lobular red sandalwood on hemp fibers
In order to expand the chromatographic range of natural dye dyeing,mulberry leaf tea and lobular red sandalwood were used to overdye hemp fibers.The effects of mulberry leaf tea concentration,mordant concentration and lobular red sandalwood concentration on the K/S value of overdyed hemp fiber were analyzed as well the color fastness to rubbing,perspiration and soaping of hemp fiber after overdyeing were analyzed.Studies have shown that the hemp fiber dyed with mulberry leaf tea and lobular red sandalwood can obtain a darker purple color.Based on the results of orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment,the optimal process conditions for the overdyeing of hemp fiber with mulberry leaf tea and lobular red sandalwood were obtained as follows:mul-berry leaf tea red sandalwood dye concentration 60%,mordant concentration 10%,lobular red sandalwood dye concentration 100%.Under this condition,the color fastness to rubbing and perspiration of the dyed hemp fiber meets the national wearability standard,and the color fastness to soaping needs is to be improved.
