纤维加筋膨胀土强度性能及作用机制研究

为探究聚丙烯纤维对南阳地区弱膨胀土的改良效果,将长度为3、6、9 mm的聚丙烯纤维分别按0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%的质量比加入膨胀土中配制试样,通过无侧限抗压强度试验、直剪试验探究了不同掺量的聚丙烯纤维改良南阳地区弱膨胀土的物理性质及力学特性,并对试样进行微观扫描,分析了聚丙烯纤维对膨胀土强度的影响机制.结果表明:聚丙烯纤维通过镶嵌作用、包裹作用、空间网状结构使土颗粒与纤维接触面产生界面作用力,将聚丙烯纤维加入膨胀土中可以增大土颗粒之间的摩擦力以约束土体的变形,从而显著提高膨胀土的无侧限抗压强度和抗剪强度;在纤维长度一致的情况下,改良膨胀土效果最佳的纤维掺量为0.3%;在纤维掺量相同时,纤维越长,改良效果越显著.
Study on the strength properties and mechanism of action of fiber reinforced expansive soils
In order to explore the improvement effect of polypropylene fiber on weak expansive soil in Nanyang area,polypropylene fibers with lengths of 3,6 and 9 mm were added to the expansive soil according to the mass ratios of 0%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%and 0.5%,respectively.The influence mechanism of polypropylene fiber on the strength of expansive soil was analyzed.The results show that the interfacial force between soil particles and fiber contact surface is generated by different amounts of polypropylene fiber through inlaying,wrapping and spatial network structure,and the addition of polypropylene fiber to the expansive soil can increase the friction between the soil particles to restrict the deformation of the soil,thereby significantly improving the unconfined compressive strength and shear strength of the expansive soil,and the fiber content with the best improvement effect on the expansive soil is 0.3%under the condition of consistent fiber length.When the fiber content is identical,the longer the fiber length is,the more significant the improvement effect will be.
