Designs of control system of regenerative braking simulation system for experiment test
In order to demonstrate the working principle of the regenerative braking system figuratively,a control system is developed based on the existing experimental simulation test-bed.Using a data acquisition card as the controller,the signal processing circuit for the speed sensor,brake pedal opening sensor,and accumulator pressure sensor were designed,and the corresponding computer interaction interface was developed.The experiment shows that the control system can achieve the control of the brake energy recovery experimental platform,and can display the brake pedal opening,opening change rate,accumulator pressure,and relay status in a more intuitive form.
