基于馈线终端的配电网可自愈系统研究

10 kV线路发生故障时,经常出现变电站馈线出口开关、线路分段和分支开关同时跳闸的情况,这表明线路开关定值上下级配置不合理.因此,按照变电站馈线出口开关越级跳闸的保护动作类型,对发生越级跳闸的原因和故障类型逐一分析,提出了针对变电站馈线出口开关不同越级跳闸情形的优化方案,缩小了故障造成的停电范围并减少了停电恢复时长.在此基础上,提出了基于馈线终端(FTU)的极差保护+电压电流时间型馈线自动化保护的整定方案,实现了配电网故障自愈功能,针对某县域内经常发生越级故障的线路,应用所提方案后取得了预期的效果.
Research of the self-healing system of distribution network based on feeder terminal
When the 10 kV line fails,the substation feeder outlet switches and line section and branch switch often trip at the same time,branch switch trip,it is showed that the configuration of the line switch is unreasonable.According to the protection action type of the feeder outlet switch of the substation,the reason and type of the above trip are analyzed,and the optimization scheme for different trip cases of the substation feeder outlet switch,which further reduces the scope of power failure and recovery time caused by the fault.On this basis,the automatic setting research of extreme differential protection+voltage and current time-type feeder protection based on feeder terminal(FTU)is further proposed to realize the fault self-healing function of distribution network.In view of the lines that often occur in a county,through the optimization of the proposed scheme and achieved the effect as scheduled.
