摘要
构建现代化治理体系是脱贫村巩固脱贫成果、实现乡村振兴的重要组成内容,是脱贫村经济社会发展的迫切需要.在构建现代化治理模式的过程中,脱贫村面临经济脆弱、社会组织发育不足、政治发展缓慢等困难,为此必须着力提升基层党组织的领导能力,积极构建村庄内部现代化的生产关系和社会关系,大力健全村庄共建共治机制.
Abstract
Building a modern governance system is an important component of consolidating poverty alleviation achievements and achieving rural revitalization in poverty-stricken villages,and it is an urgent need for the economic and social development of poverty-stricken villages.In the process of building a modern governance model,poverty-stricken villages face such difficulties as economic fragility,insufficient development of social organizations,and slow political development.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on improving the leadership ability of grassroots party organizations,actively building modern production and social relations within the village,and vigorously improving the mechanism of village co-construction and co-governance.
