摘要
警察在执法过程中需要使用语言进行沟通和管理,沟通技能是警察职业能力的外在体现.然而,面对越来越复杂的执法环境,一线民警常常出现表达不到位、态度生硬冷漠、缺乏服务意识、术语过于专业等问题.警察在接处警过程中,对待人民群众,要学会说"合理话""定心话""公道话""暖心话"等;面对违法行为人和犯罪嫌疑人,则要亮出"法言法语"和"警言警语";而在处理民事纠纷、群体性事件和重大刑事案件的过程中,要针对不同警情,切中要害,恰当运用各种沟通技巧,从而实现人性化执法,推动社会的和谐构建.
Abstract
Police officers need to use language for reasonable communication and management in the process of law enforcement,and communication skills are the external manifestation of police professional abilities.However,in face of increasingly complex law enforcement environments,frontline police officers often encounter such problems as inadequate expression,rigid and indifferent attitudes,lack of service awareness,and overly professional terminology.During the process of receiving alarm calls and handling policing affairs,they should learn to speak"reasonable words","reassuring words","fair words","heartwarming words",and so on when dealing with the people.In face of offenders and suspects,we should show"legal language"and"warning words".In the process of handling civil disputes,group incidents,and major criminal cases,it is necessary to target different police situations,hit the key points,and appropriately use various communication skills to achieve humanized law enforcement and promote the harmonious construction of society.
