产业化犯罪中侦查阵地网络化控制体系的构建

摘要
犯罪规模化、链条化、组织化的升级,使上下游犯罪之间的联系日渐紧密,进而导致产业化犯罪.曾在应对传统接触型犯罪中发挥重要作用的侦查阵地控制工作,面临着阵地网眼疏漏、控制能力不足等问题,甚至陷入阵地脱节与丢失的被动局面.为应对挑战,需充分研判当前以阵地控制治理产业化犯罪的优势与困境,通过明确阵地控制原则、健全阵地控制机制、优化阵地控制流程,构建新时代网络化阵地控制体系,实现对产业化犯罪的全方位预警与全链条打击.
Abstract
The escalation of the scale,chain and organization of crime has made the connection between upstream and downstream crimes increasingly close,which in turn has led to industrialized crime.The control of the investigative position,which once played an important role in dealing with traditional contact crimes,is faced with such problems as the omission of the position mesh and the lack of control ability,and even falls into a passive situation of disconnection and loss of position.To cope with the challenges,it is necessary to fully analyze the advantages and difficulties of using battlefield control to govern industrialized crimes,and build a networked position control system in the new era by clarifying the principles of position control,improving the position control mechanism,and optimizing the position control process,so as to realize all-round early warning and full-chain crackdown on industrialized crimes.
