The construction of community correction law enforcement teams in Hunan province should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law,focusing on improving the scale of personnels,overall team quality,and optimizing the balance between quantity and quality.Faced with the fact that community correction institution staff have not yet been included in the national occupational sequence,the number of political and legal staff in these institutions is relatively limited,and the independent law enforcement status of community correction institutions is missing,and the management system and mechanism of the community correction police team has not been rationalized,etc.Specific measures should be taken to implement the trial of the community correction officer system,deepening the promotion of team-building system reform,perfecting the construction of the community correction police team,and developing a community correction law enforcement auxiliary team similar to auxiliary police,so as to solidly promote the construction of a robust community correction law enforcement team.
