The application of new information technology to promote the digital transformation of investigation is the development trend of forensic means,and digital forensic investigation has become an important forensic method for combating new types of network crime.However,in the face of new types of crimes,the traditional forensic model has prominent problems such as insufficient evidence and uneven evidence quality.It is necessary to timely shift from the traditional forensic model to integrated forensic model,replacing fragmented forensic model with integrated forensic model,and lagging forensic model with proactive forensic model.At the same time,it is necessary to regulate the forensic behavior of law enforcement personnel through the means of improving specific forensic provisions and establishing data protection paths to ensure the authenticity,legality and protection of citizens'personal information.Law enforcement agencies should follow the national development trend and further explore digital forensic investigation to promote the leapfrog development of law enforcement agencies'forensic work through digital forensic investigation.
