The elderly victims of telecommunications network fraud have the double disadvantage of"digital vulnerable groups"and"social vulnerable groups",and the criminals have the social rehabilitation needs of"pluralistic co-governance".Traditional adversarial justice is not effective in dealing with telecommunications network fraud crime from the perspective of elderly victims.The tripartite communication between criminals,victims and society needs to change the perspective to restorative justice model.Digital feedback has the possibility to be embedded in the restorative judicial measures of telecommunications network fraud crime.The"criminal-elderly victim"digital feedback model can restore communication effectively:filling the deep harm of the elderly victims,bridging the broken foundation of social trust,and promoting the criminal to actively repent and return to society.In design,the main body of feedback should be limited to the criminal with lesser responsibility.The form of feedback can be circular talks led by specialized agencies or community correction.The feedback effect should pay attention to the two-way evaluation of the re-socialization of criminals and the improvement of digital literacy of elderly victims.
