摘要
劳动育人在"五育并举"育人体系中有着重要意义,劳动育人可以树德,可以增智,可以强体,可以育美.然而,当前我国公安院校劳动育人存在一些问题,主要表现为劳动育人的教学理念贯彻不彻底,如公安院校重忠诚教育、实践教学、警务化管理而忽略劳动育人价值观、劳动精神和劳动习惯的培养,以及课程体系建设不力、缺乏科学客观的评价体系、协同机制不完善等.应提高认识,坚持以马克思主义劳动观为指导,坚决贯彻劳动育人理念,重视劳动精神的培养和劳动习惯的养成教育;要加强学科专业融合,构建起具有公安特色的层层推进式劳动育人课程体系,加强劳动育人师资培养;要根据OBE理念量化评价标准、完善评价方式、重构评价体系并根据结果导向合理运用;要整合资源加强家校社联动,强化劳动协同育人.
Abstract
Educating people through labor is of great significance in the educational system of"Educating Five Domains Simultaneously".Educating people through labor can cultivate virtue,increase wisdom,keep fit and cultivate beauty.However,at present,there are some problems in educating people through labor in public security colleges in China,which mainly show that the teaching concept of educating people through labor is not thoroughly implemented.For example,public security colleges attach great importance to loyalty education,practical teaching and policing management while ignoring the cultivation of value,working spirit and working habits.In addition,some problms,the ineffective construction of curriculum system,the lack of scientific and objective evaluation system and the imperfect coordination mechanism,exist in public security colleges.We should improve our awareness,adhere to the Marxist view of labor as the guide,resolutely implement the concept of educating people through labor,and attach importance to the cultivation of labor spirit and the education of forming labor habits.It is important to strengthen the integration of disciplines and specialties,build a layer-by-layer curriculum system with public security characteristics,and strengthen the training of labor education teachers.It is significant to quantify the evaluation criteria,improve the evaluation methods,reconstruct the evaluation system and use it reasonably according to the results based on the OBE concept.Thus,it is necessary to integrate resources,strengthen the linkage between home and school,and strengthen labor cooperation to educate people.
